The Boathouse District along the Oklahoma River is a hotspot for outdoor recreation. It's the official U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Site for rowing and canoe/kayak and hosts numerous regattas throughout the year. But there's plenty to do for non-Olympians too. Anyone can enjoy kayaking, dragon boating, stand up paddle boarding and cycling, with rentals from the Chesapeake Boathouse. There's also the world's tallest adventure course, the tallest stainless-steel slide in America and more.
Eat... a healthy snack on-the-go from Shop24 robotic convenience store. Located east of the Chesapeake Boathouse, this giant refrigerated vending machine is a convenient way to grab a bite while staying active along the river. It's open 24/7 and also sells souvenir hats and t-shirts.
Enjoy... a pleasure cruise along a seven-mile stretch of the Oklahoma River on an Oklahoma River Cruiser. Regular ferry service runs from Wednesday to Sunday between the Boathouse District (Regatta Park Landing), Stockyards City (Exchange Landing) and the Meridian corridor (Meridian Landing). There are also a number of specialty cruises offered throughout the year, like Sunset and Cocktail Cruises.
Experience... a bike ride along the Oklahoma River Trails. Rent a bike at the Chesapeake Boathouse (or bring your own) and enjoy 13 miles of unimpeded trails on the banks of the Oklahoma River.

Of course, the guide above is just a sampling of what there is to taste, see and do in the district.
