OKLAHOMA CITY - Construction will start at the first of the year on the renovation of the former Marion Hotel, which sits on NW 10th Street near N. Broadway Avenue.
Project architect David Kraszewski said the building will be converted into 10 apartments.
The apartments will range in size from approximately 600 square feet in the basement to approximately 1,250 square feet on the other three floors. Kraszewski said construction will take an estimated 10 months.
He said the interior of the building will be stripped and restored, with most of the exterior remaining the same.
