Bravo, bravo!! The holidays are over and we have officially reached that post-holiday lull that threatens to bore everyone's socks off until Spring comes gallantly to our rescue with flowers in hand. Luckily for us, the Oklahoma City Civic Center Music Hall promises us a line-up of show stopping performances these next few months that will entertain everyone.  

Since undergoing renovations in 2001, the 77-year-old Oklahoma City Civic Center has become one of the best acoustic halls in the country. They continue to bring the nation's top Tony Award-winning performances to Oklahoma City that all but put our city right in the middle of Broadway. One of the great historical buildings in Oklahoma City, this venue seats 3,200 and has a five-story, open-air atrium with double light and sound-lock doors. Below are just a few of the 14 scheduled shows that dare to dazzle you in January and February:

Once:  A winner of eight Tony Awards including Best Musical, prepare to be captivated by the romantic story of a Dublin musician whose music is given new life as he falls in love. Once will be at the Civic Center January 13 through January 18 and is absolutely sure to enchant you with that Broadway feel you are looking for.

All That Jazz: You'll be dancing in your seat as this tribute to one of Broadway's dynamic songwriting duos brings the magic of musicals such as Chicago, Cabaret, and New York, New York to the heartland. All That Jazz is filled with songs from composer John Kander and lyricist Fred Ebb, and will be swinging through the Civic Center on January 23 and 24.

Dancing Pros: Live!: YOU pick the winner of this hot dance competition when professional dancers from your favorite dance shows such as "Dancing With the Stars", "So You Think You Can Dance", as well as dance champions from around the world compete using a variety of dance styles for the chance of winning the top prize. Alan Thicke and company shimmy their way into Oklahoma City on January 31.

Romeo and Juliet: Just in time for Valentine's Day for all of you hopeless romantics out there, Romeo and Juliet returns to Oklahoma City for the first time in ten years as one of the world's most beloved stories. The Oklahoma City Philharmonic pairs with the Oklahoma City Ballet to woo us all February 13 through February 15.

Pixar in Concert: You can't forget about those kiddos! A live musical symphony performance of those familiar movie tunes paired with widescreen images and clips from Pixar's top movies will leave the little ones awed and amazed. "Toy Story"," The Incredibles", "Monsters Inc.", and more will pop into town on February 20 and 21.

Camelot: King Arthur and his Knights ride through OKC with Lancelot, Guinevere, and the unforgettable tale of chivalry, majesty, and brotherhood. Camelot has been recognized for four Tony Awards and will be in Oklahoma City February 24 through March 1.
