Take a walk (or drive) down Western Ave. and you are sure to be impressed with all of the offerings on a single strip in OKC. One thing's for certain: there is no shortage of unique boutiques, great restaurants and fun things to do in the Western Avenue District.

Looking for a little retail therapy? Make sure you visit Classen Curve where you'll find some familiar retailers such as Anthropologie, Kendra Scott, lululemon athletica and West Elm and a great mix of local favorites including Balliets, Carwin's Shave Shop, Uptown Kids (where you'll find more than kids clothes but plenty of fun candy as well!), Red Coyote and so many more.  The best part, the stores are all within walking distance and a day can be made just shopping this area.

Looking for a great one-of-a-kind gift? Make sure you visit Willow & Whale, On A Whim or 42nd Street Candy Company. You won't be disappointed.

Maybe you're in the mood for a little antique shopping.  If so, you'll find a handful of wonderful finds anytime you're in town such as Antique Avenue and Brownstone Antiques.

To relax and recharge after a long day of shopping, check out the 100 beers on tap at RePUBlic Gastropub or the extensive wine and cocktail list at Flip’s Wine Bar and Trattoria.

Truly, there's no shortage of great fare as you make your way down Western. With great local restaurants such as Deep Fork Grill, West, Sushi Neko, The Coach House, and The Wedge Pizzeria or even more tucked inside Classen Curve such as Tucker’s Onion BurgersCafe 501 and  UPPER CRUST.   There's truly something for everyone and every palate.   Another great local favorite is Pearl’s Oyster Bar, which has been named OKC's favorite seafood restaurant for several years. They offer a great Saturday or Sunday brunch complete with a Bloody Mary bar.

The Western Avenue District is just one of many in OKC for you to explore!  And with all of these great finds, you'll  be sure to come home to some OKC swag, a full belly and plenty of memories to last a lifetime!
