The Zoo offers Wild Encounters with grizzly bears, sea lions and elephants daily. All ages welcome. Grab your cameras, canteens and khakis … and take your sweetheart on a safari! The Zoo offers Safari Cart Tours, a private voyage tailored to fit the interests of the adventurer. Love is in the air at the OKC Zoo! Located at the crossroads of I-44 and I-35, the Oklahoma City Zoo is a proud member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the American Alliance of Museum, Oklahoma City’s Adventure District and an Adventure Road partner. Open year-round except for Thanksgiving and Christmas, hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Zoo buildings close at 4:45 p.m. daily. Guests must exit grounds at closing time.
