Electrifying. Exhilarating. Unimaginable. These are just a few of the emotions you will feel when you attend the 2016 National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Futurity and Adequan North American Affiliate Championships.

This event is guaranteed not to be just another horse show, and after 15 years of competing at different horse shows, we should know. So, below you will find our “Top Five” list (because even though NRHA is celebrating its 50th Anniversary, 50 items would be way too much to cover) of five things to do and five things to not miss at the NRHA Futurity.

Top Five Things To Do:

  1. Visit our western gift market. With vendors in the east and west concourses, as well as the super barn and barn row, you are sure to find the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one!
  2. Take a stroll through the super barn and check out all of the different stall fronts constructed by the individual ranches. Some even look like little homes!
  3. Stop by the Official NRHA Outfitters booth on the east concourse to pick up all kinds of logoed merchandise so you can remember your time at the show!
  4. Take lots of pictures! Post them to Facebook, Instagram, and even use our special Snapchat filter. Be sure to include #SlideOfYourLife, #SeeOKC or tag NRHA in them.
  5. Stroll over to the Adequan Championship Arena and see riders of all ages from around the United States compete for the title of the North American Affiliate Champion in their division.
