The IFR is perfect for first-timers with fun entertainment for the whole family.
The Best of the Best
Top rodeo athletes from across the U.S., as well as from Canada and Australia, will compete for the title of World Champion in 8 different events: bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, cowgirl breakaway roping, cowgirl barrel racing and bull riding.
It all kicks off Friday evening, with afternoon and evening sessions on Saturday and a final afternoon session Sunday where champions will be crowned. Also crowned on Sunday will be a new Miss Rodeo USA.
Fun for the Whole Family
Bring the lil’ buckaroos for OG&E Kids’ Day on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Kids will get the chance to learn about everything rodeo, from barrel racing to bareback riding, with activities like roping and photos with a longhorn. And the first 300 kids will receive a free hat. The 2018 Miss Rodeo USA contestants and IFR contestants will also be available to sign autographs.

There will also be plenty of shopping to do at the IFR Trade Show in the arena concourse. Boots, hats, buckles, ropes, western wear and so much more will be on sale before each session.
