World-class art and live performances take center stage in Oklahoma City's Arts District.
Equal parts historic and revitalized, the Arts District – including Film Row – is home to many of OKC’s major venues for visual and performing arts, as well as a mix of artistic businesses, locally-owned restaurants, street art and galleries, plus swoon-worthy Art Deco architectural details throughout the district.
Enjoy brunch, lunch or dinner, as well as live music and craft cocktails, at The Jones Assembly where the Instagram-worthy patios are a destination unto themselves. Or grab a seat at Mary Eddy's Dining Room to experience the dynamic, eclectic cuisine of the former automobile assembly plant turned modern American restaurant.
With its vintage arcade games, Rubik's Cube cocktail tables and '80s-themed karaoke, you’ll feel like you’ve gone “Back to the Future” at OKC's only 80’s-themed bar, Flashback RetroPub. Enjoy a drink and take on Mario, Donkey Kong, Qbert or any of the more than 60 arcade games. Leg warmers and Hammer pants are optional.
The Oklahoma City Museum of Art is home to a permanent collection of American and European art, as well as an extensive collection of Dale Chihuly Glass. Contemporary art is at the heart of the 21c Museum Hotel experience with rotating exhibitions and cultural programming, and it’s always free even if you’re not staying the night. For performing arts, Civic Center Music Hall is where the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Oklahoma City Ballet and OKC Broadway all perform.
