    May 6 – National Train Day Come learn about the advantages of rail travel and the history of trains in the United States. Enjoy moon bounce and miniature golf as well as exhibitors.

    Train rides are free for children under the age of 3, $5 for children 3 years to 12 years, and $12 for those 13 years and older. In addition to the train ride, railroad equipment, including motor cars, locomotives and passenger cars, are on display.  A display car contains permanent exhibits of railroad memorabilia.

    The Oklahoma Railway Museum, Ltd. (ORM) open year-round Thursday - Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm and there is no admission charge to tour the grounds. 40-minute excursion trains are offered for the general public on the first and third Saturdays of each month April through August. Trains leave the historic Oakwood Depot at 9:15 am, 11:15  am, 1:15 pm and 3:15 pm.
