Centre Bistro at the Museum Cafe draws inspiration from the historic theater that OKCMOA now calls home and is operated by Michael and Andi Haddad of Richey’s Grill. Centre Bistro specializes in lunch, light bites, coffees, wine, beer, and cocktails and offers counter service with open seating, including the dining room and patio.
About the Chef: Michael Haddad brings over 20 years of culinary experience, unmatched talent, and a fresh perspective to the Museum Cafe space he has now branded Centre Bistro. Raised in Oklahoma City he acquired a deep love for food. As a young boy growing up in a Lebanese household, he often found himself with his Sitti (grandmother) or father making hummus, labneh, tabouleh, and much more. He began working in restaurants at a young age at notable Oklahoma City classics like Nikz at the Top, Legacy’s, The Beacon Club, and Junior’s Supper Club before he made his way to Le Cordon Bleu at Scottsdale Culinary Institute. He began his professional culinary career at JW Marriot’s Camelback Inn in Scottsdale before returning to Oklahoma to work at The Sheraton Downtown Oklahoma City. He made his way to Michael’s Grill, and various others before taking over as owner of downtown staple Richey’s Grill in June 2019.
