• Description The T Room is our mezzanine cocktail lounge + patio, and the only space we reserve for private bookings. I have attached our T Room events brochure for your reference. We offer a limited events menu when reserving the space, that is perfect for happy hours and cocktail receptions, not necessarily full-scale dinners. We do not charge a fee to rent the upstairs, but do require a minimum to be met through food and beverage purchases. Sun-Thurs: $2,500 for 2 hours, $1,000 per additional hour Fri & Sat: $3,500 for 2 hours, $1,500 per additional hour
