Details

The Tasting Room is available for casually elegant dinner parties, creative tasting events, corporate meetings and educational demonstrations. All of the culinary and hospitality resources of Western Concepts Restaurant Group will be utilized to create Oklahoma’s premiere dining facility. When selecting a menu for your private party, we give you one selection from four options on each course in our three course menu. However, if you prefer, we would be delighted to create a custom menu for you. The Tasting Room prides itself in offering a wide array of delicious heavy Hors d’Oeuvres options for private parties and events. Some of those options include Braised Pork Tartlets, Scallop Ceviche, Southwest crabcakes, and even an option of pizza demonstrations by our Chef.
