Cancellation Policy:

At The Spa at 10 North, we strive to provide you with the best possible spa-experience and ensure that all appointments are well-mananged for the convenience of our guests.  To facilitate this, we have implemented the following guidelines regarding our cancellation policy and deposit requirements.
We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s).
Deposit Requirement:
For all appointments booked with at least a 48 hour’s notice, we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
Deposits should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments booked on the same day or within 24 hours will require a 50% deposit on the day of booking, and the deposit is non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you.  However, late cancellations and no-shows disrupt our scheduling and prevent other clients and guests from enjoying our services.  Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

  • Our Valentine’s Day weekend cancellation policy (Friday, February 9th through Wednesday, February 14th) is as follows:  48 hours cancellation notice.  50% deposit will be charged 48 hours from the appointment date.  The remaining 50% will be charged at check-out.  The deposit is non-refundable.
