Visit Oklahoma City wants your event to be a success. From the beginning basics of the planning process, until the last detail is complete, our dedicated team of Services Managers will be your partners in coordinating your sporting event. Visit OKC can assist you in the following ways.
For all of our groups, we will:
Serve as a liaison between event planner, facility staff and hotel staff.
Provide contact information for various suppliers, such as, transportation, entertainment, decorators, caterers, rental companies, audio-visual companies, etc.
Provide destination information, including our OKC Visitors Guide, Pad Map, Street Car Map, OKC Pocket Guide (with coupons) and Bricktown District Map.
Provide access to the Meet in OKC Discount Program with various coupons and discounts for participating restaurants, shops, museums and attractions.
Provide attendance builders such as OKC photos, plus messaging/marketing content.
Additional Services Based on Event Size:
Provide access to a Welcome Letter from our Visit OKC president
Provide registrar staff/volunteers for onsite information table or welcome desk (nominal fee)
Provide VIP welcome gifts for board members, special guests or staff
Provide Coaches, Team or Athlete welcome gift bags
Produce digital welcome signage in Bricktown and at the airport (pending downtown accommodations and based on availability)
Provide face-to-face destination information through the OKC Mobile Visitor Center. This branded vehicle will be available at high-traffic events and festivals across OKC to share destination information, answer questions and cross-promote events and attractions with visitors and locals. Think food truck, but for information!
Send out convention alerts to our industry partners before your event
Provide an online housing system, Meetingmax, with real time feed between the system and hotels to track reservations, room pickup, etc. (Ask about our in-house specialist!)
Create custom maps highlighting nearby restaurants, facilities and attractions for your group
