Families Invited for Trick-or-Treating and Halloween Fun

(OKLAHOMA CITY) – The Bricktown Association and Downtown OKC Partnership are excited to announce the 11th annual Brick-or-Treat, a free Halloween festival that will bring family-friendly fun to the Bricktown district. The event will take place on Sunday, October 26, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., offering an unforgettable night of trick-or-treating and entertainment.

Parents or guardians are invited to bring their children to Bricktown to trick-or-treat and stop by 40 candy stops. The central hub of the event will be at Mickey Mantle Plaza of the Bricktown Ballpark, located at 2 S. Mickey Mantle Drive, where attendees can pick up an event map listing the candy stops and programming throughout the district. This is the first time the event has taken place on a Sunday afternoon, and the event will also feature additional street closures on Sheridan and Reno Avenue for enhanced pedestrian safety.

Programming will include a stilt-walker scarecrow by the Inspyral Circus, Frankenstein, Spiderman and Bluey from Character Connections, and a performance by the Thunder Drummers. Enjoy spooky music, photo ops, and more. This fun-filled family event will be an unforgettable night.

Brick-or-Treat is sponsored by Standley Systems, Brickopolis University, Bricktown Water Taxi, Johnson & Associates, and OKC Thunder. Brick-or-Treat is free and open to everyone. Trick-or-treaters must be under the age of 14 and be in costume, or with a guardian, to receive free candy and giveaways. Participants are encouraged to bring their own candy bags to collect treats.
