Families Invited for Trick-or-Treating and Halloween Fun
(OKLAHOMA CITY) – The Bricktown Association and Downtown OKC Partnership will host the 12th annual Brick-or-Treat from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, throughout the Bricktown district.
The free Halloween event will feature over 45 candy stops at participating businesses, character appearances, music and interactive entertainment. Families can pick up an event map at any of the candy stop locations and programming at Mickey Mantle Plaza outside the Bricktown Ballpark, 2 S. Mickey Mantle Drive.
Entertainment will include appearances by Spider-Man and Bluey from Character Connections and the Ghostbusters, music by DJ Reaper and interactive performances by the Groovemeant Community. Attendees can also enjoy Halloween photo opportunities throughout the district.Street closures along Sheridan and Reno avenues will provide additional space for pedestrians during the event.
Brick-or-Treat is free and open to everyone. Candy and giveaways are available to children in costume ages 14 and younger and to anyone, regardless of age, accompanied by a guardian. Participants are encouraged to bring their own candy bags.
