OKLAHOMA CITY (EMBARGO: FEBRUARY 24, 2025) – Get ready to find out what the buzz is all about! Created 15 years ago, the famous show OVO (“egg” in Portuguese) by Cirque du Soleil will return to Oklahoma City with a renewed version! OVO last visited the Oklahoma City in 2017, before Paycom Center was renamed and before the opening of Scissortail Park and adjacent growth from downtown districts. After several months of work on the production side, the OVO team will be presenting the new iteration of the show for returning fans and OVO-newbies, alike: a reimagined set design, new acrobatic acts, original characters, reimagined costumes, and reinvented music. OVO dazzles more than ever with its fascinating insect colony, bringing together 53 acrobats and musicians in a show that delights both adults and children!
