OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma continues to demonstrate its leadership in the global destination management industry with multiple honors and leadership appointments announced at the 2026 Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI) Annual Conference in Costa Rica.

Ashley Armstrong, CMP, DMCP, President of factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma, was elected President of ADMEI, one of the industry’s most respected international organizations representing destination management companies around the world. Her election reflects both her personal leadership within the industry and the company’s ongoing commitment to advancing professional standards across the global events community.

During the conference, Armstrong was also honored with the Joanne O’Connor President’s Award, presented by outgoing ADMEI President Daniella Bikoulis, DMCP. The award recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to ADMEI and the destination management profession.

“Receiving the President’s Award was incredibly meaningful,” said Armstrong. “ADMEI has been such an important part of my professional journey, and I’m honored to serve this community in a greater capacity while continuing to elevate the role destination management companies play in shaping extraordinary experiences.”

The celebration continued as factor 110 | Destination Oklahoma received the People’s Choice Award for its production of the Kirkpatrick Medal, a prestigious Oklahoma celebration honoring civic leadership and service. The award was voted on by the public, recognizing the event’s creativity, production quality, and overall impact.

In addition to these honors, Ferrell was appointed Chair-Elect of the ADMEI Certification & Accreditation Board, the leadership body responsible for upholding professional standards and overseeing the industry’s top credentials, including the Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) and Accredited Destination Management Company (ADMC) designations.
