(Oklahoma City) – On Sunday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Downtown Oklahoma City Partnership and the Downtown Business Improvement District will host the 2025 Downtown Home Tour to provide a glimpse of what it is like to live in the heart of Oklahoma City. This event occurs every two years, is free to the public, and will showcase some of the newest, most talked about residences downtown.

An urban lifestyle features walkability, accessible public transit, and proximity to a myriad of entertainment and dining options. Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods are lively places with a distinct sense of community. People choose to live downtown for the quality of life, density and variety in amenities, and character of the neighborhoods.

The 2025 Downtown Home Tour will feature ten properties showcasing living options for all lifestyles, including working professionals, families, and empty nesters. The diverse line-up showcases upscale apartments, boutique townhomes, and historic remodels, including the luxury Spaniard development in Midtown and the highly anticipated Harlow project from Gardner Tanenbaum.

Downtown Home Tour attendees can explore downtown living by way of the OKC Streetcar, with all properties just a short walk from OKC Streetcar transit stops. On April 6, attendees can present their physical or digital Eventbrite ticket to receive free rides on the OKC Streetcar as they travel from one location to the next. The tour is self-guided, and guests may begin at any participating location.
