July at the Myriad Botanical Gardens offers several summer options! From movies on the Devon Lawn to Dancing County Line Dancing, to participating in a New Moon Sound Bath to free fitness yoga, Zumba, and Tai Chi to horticulture classes for adults and youth – you will find so much to participate in.
Inasmuch Foundation Crystal Bridge Conservatory Closing July 10-31 for Construction Update
The Conservatory will be temporarily closed from July 10th to July 31st for construction updates. New flooring is being installed on the bromeliad terrace. The Gift Shop, Visitor Lobby, and Art Gallery will be open and operating during regular hours from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday, 11am to 5pm. SONIC Summer Movie Nights return to Myriad Botanical Gardens Wednesday nights. Bring chairs or a blanket and a picnic (no glass) or enjoy offerings from a variety of local food trucks and vendors. Pre-movie food and activities begin at 7 pm and the movie begins at 9 pm. Blankets to the south, lawn chairs to the north.

Join us and the Oklahoma Opry for a night of country line dancing on July 14th under the summer skies. The lesson starts at 7pm, followed by the dance at 8pm in the Seasonal Plaza in the Gardens. Our instructors will show you the right moves to showcase on the dance floor, and our DJ will spin all the hottest country hits until 10pm. Vendors include Big Friendly, Newman's BBQ, Wicked Hangry, Wondervan Pops, Split Top Dogs, and Oklahoma Kettle Corn. Come for a memorable night of music, dancing, and delicious food!
New Moon Sound Bath

Limited to 50 people, first come, first served.
Join Anna and Mark for a free, relaxing sound bath and meditation to welcome a new moon. Experience the therapeutic benefits of sound bowls and other instruments. Bring a blanket, pillow, and yoga mat for optimal comfort. Limited to 50 people, first-come, first-serve. Arrive by 6 pm for a distraction-free environment.

Stop by the Children’s Garden for fun activities that explore and celebrate the world of plants. Each weekday offers new themes. During the summer months this is a great time to bring a picnic and blankets. Children can participate and play in the Thunder Fountain before taking a ride on Mo’s Carousel.
- Make-It Monday: Children’ will “make and take” something home using a variety of natural and human-made craft materials.
Tasty Tuesday: Let’s enjoy healthy snacks by making creative little critters with vegetables, fruits, and more from and inspired by our garden! - Reading Wednesdays: It’s that time of year again when Reading Wednesdays moves back outside! Enjoy nature-inspired books that connect children with what is growing and changing in the Garden each week.
- Pot-it-up Thursday: Each week learn about a new beautiful or tasty plant and pot up its seed to take home and grow on your own.
- Find-It Friday: This is a self-guided scavenger hunt, leading you on a discovery of nature in the Children’s Garden with all its shapes, textures, and beautiful colors. Use fun tools like magnifying lenses and binoculars as you wind your way through the Garden.
