WHAT:

Come out and interact with U.S. Navy EOD operators and members of the Robotics Team for a day of fun at Science Museum Oklahoma. Visit with pilots from STRATCOMMWING ONE, and learn about how the Navy navigates across the ocean from oceanographers and meteorologists. Enjoy performances from the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Guard who have traveled all the way from Washington D.C. to show off their silent drill performance. Oklahoma City Navy Week takes place June 26-July 2 and will give the community an opportunity to learn about the Navy, its sailors and its importance to national security and prosperity.  It will bring between 50 and 75 Sailors from across the nation to volunteer throughout the community, visit with students and local school and discuss why the Navy matters to Oklahoma. The program last visited Oklahoma City in 2019.  For more information on the events taking place in Oklahoma City, visit https://outreach.navy.mil/Navy-Weeks/Oklahoma-City-2023/
