OKLAHOMA CITY (MAY 23, 2025) — RIVERSPORT is launching two new weekly summer events, NightWater and a free Summer Music Series, beginning Thursday, June 5, at the Whitewater Center in the Boathouse District. 

RIVERSPORT’s NightWater will take place Thursday evenings June 5 to Aug. 7 and will offer a special $20 pass to go whitewater rafting, surfing and tubing from 6 to 8 p.m. The evenings will also feature free live music as part of RIVERSPORT’s 2025 Summer Music Series presented by The Oklahoma Film + Music Office and the Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office. 

Admission to NightWater is free for spectators to listen to music and watch the action on the water. The evenings will also feature great food and drink from Big Water Grill.  

The 2025 Summer Music Series will include additional shows Saturday, June 7, for Bluegrass, BBQ & Brews, and Saturday, July 19, for Paddlemania.  

Performers include Jeremy Rowe (June 5), the Bottom of the Barrel (June 7), Erick Taylor Duo (June 12), Aaron Newman (June 19), Stephen Salewon Duo (July 3) and others. A full schedule is available at riversportokc.org/event/summer-music-series/ 

NightWater will not be held June 26. 

RIVERSPORT’s NightWater and Summer Music Series are held at the Whitewater Center, 800 RIVERSPORT Dr., and are open to the public. Passes are available for pre-purchase online at riversportokc.org/event/nightwater/ and at RIVERSPORT Guest Services.
