OKLAHOMA CITY (April 10, 2025) – RIVERSPORT OKC’s Outdoor Classroom is giving K-12 students a chance to experience a day of adventure-based learning with two exclusive school days on May 8 and May 13, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For just $20 per student, the Adventure Pass includes access to RIVERSPORT’s most popular experiences, plus interactive extras like STEAM projects, exhibitor booths and all-you-can-sing karaoke. The program is designed to promote teamwork, confidence and hands-on learning in a fun, outdoor environment.
“Students thrive when they’re learning through experience,” said Chris Sorensen, RIVERSPORT OKC’s Executive Director. “These exclusive school days give them a chance to step outside the classroom, take on new challenges and create lasting memories.”
The Outdoor Classroom is available for elementary, middle and high school students, with activities tailored to different age groups. Programs are led by experienced RIVERSPORT instructors, and educators can add dragon boating and the cardboard canoe challenge to fit their learning objectives.
Space is limited, and spots are expected to fill quickly. Schools and homeschool groups are encouraged to reserve early to secure their spot.
