The USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex will add additional events to the 2020 schedule as the Girls’ Class A 10-Under West Fast Pitch National Championship and Girls’ Class A 12-Under Fast Pitch National Championship have been relocated to Oklahoma City. Originally scheduled to be held in North Mankato, Minn. and Camarillo, Calif., respectively, the relocation is due to anticipated restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. With the relocation to Oklahoma City, the dates for the premier girls’ fast pitch National Championships have also been adjusted to now take place July 29 - Aug. 2, 2020.

“With each state and metro local association in different phases while abiding by their local and state health officials to keep participants safe, USA Softball is actively seeking locations where National Championships can take place this summer,” said USA Softball Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Craig Cress. “Fortunately, the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex is located in one of the states that is in the advanced stages of opening. We are looking forward to hosting these tournaments while still adhering to Oklahoma’s state and health guidelines to provide softball participants the opportunity to compete and claim that National Championship title.”

In addition to the Girls’ Class A 10-Under West and 12-Under Fast Pitch National Championships, the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex will also play host to the Girls’ 18-Under GOLD National Championship, the Men’s Major Fast Pitch National Championship and the Men’s Class A, B and C Slow Pitch National Championships in 2020. The historic facility will also welcome invitational girls’ fast pitch events before Border Battle XII, an annual international slow pitch competition featuring the USA Softball Slow Pitch National Teams and the Canadian Slow Pitch National Teams, and the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) High School State Championships close out the year.
