OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 29, 2026) – Superfly, a 1970s-inspired bar concept by Denver-based restaurateur Andy Bruch, will celebrate its public grand opening on Thursday, Feb. 5 at 1137 NW 2nd St. in downtown Oklahoma City. 

 

According to Bruch, Superfly is a fresh take on the neighborhood bar that feels elevated yet approachable, with warm wood tones, cozy booths made for lingering, espresso martinis on tap and curated playlists that enhance the moment without overpowering conversation.     

 

“We’re excited to bring a bold new bar and food experience to the space next to Beer City Music Hall on the western edge of downtown. People can expect a chill, welcoming atmosphere that feels familiar yet thoughtfully refined, an effortlessly confident and friendly vibe,” Bruch said.   

 

Sandwiches anchor a menu featuring an all-day breakfast sandwich, a smashburger, grilled cheese, hot dogs (classic or Chicago-style) and an Italian club, sausages, baked oysters, croquettes, beer beef poutine, wings, fried pickles, cheese curds, soups and salads and a nostalgic Rice Krispies treat.

 

Hours of operation are 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, noon to 2 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Happy Hour is from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with select drink specials and shareable bites. Children are welcome but may not be seated at the bar.

 

“We’re keeping the kitchen open late every night of the week, so our service industry friends have a place to eat when they get off work,” Bruch said.  

 

Bruch is a co-owner and chef at Point Easy, a popular neighborhood restaurant in Denver. Superfly will be his first Oklahoma establishment. The public had an opportunity in December to preview the Superfly space at the tiki-themed Sippin’ Santa holiday pop-up as part of the Miracle family of immersive cocktail experiences.

 

Joining Bruch on the Superfly management team are Wyatt Reeves as Kitchen Manager and Ryan Goodman as Bar Manager, and Matthew Leach as General Manager.
