The Civic Center Music Hall is proud to announce a new amenity that will make shows accessible to more people beginning in 2020. For select performances, the Civic Center Music Hall will offer free personalized closed captioning services. The addition will make Civic Center experiences more enjoyable for more people through subtitles, closed captioning, and audio description at no additional charge to patrons.

Come From Away, February 4-9, 2020; Anastasia, March 3-8, 2020; Dear Evan Hanson, February 2-7, 2021; Disney’s Frozen, March 11-21, 2021; and Wicked, May 12-30, 2021.
To access the system, search for GalaPro in the App Store or Google Play store, open the app, follow the instructions to make an account, and find the show. For assistance at the show, arrive 30 minutes before showtime and visit the reception desk at the front of the building south end of the main lobby.
