Fourth edition of Modern Frontier Beer features Skydance Brewing Company

OKLAHOMA CITY (November 1, 2022) – The Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit OKC) and Homeland are excited to unveil Volume 4 of The Modern Frontier Beer. The latest craft beverage of the limited-edition, rotating Modern Frontier beer program is a Festive Amber by Skydance Brewing Company.

“We are truly excited to collaborate with Homeland and Visit OKC to brew The Modern Frontier,” says Jake Keyes, founder of Skydance Brewing. “It's our opportunity as Oklahoma's Native American Brewery to show that in the Modern Frontier our Native people are still here and now we're represented on the retail shelves of one of Oklahoma's premier grocery stores. We brewed this version of an American Amber Ale to be approachable, yet full flavored. It's the perfect autumn beer!”

Beginning Tuesday, November 1, Volume 4 of The Modern Frontier Beer will be available to purchase in six-pack cans at 68 Homeland stores and their affiliated brands in Oklahoma.

“The Modern Frontier Beer partnership with Visit OKC gives us a special opportunity to work with our local breweries,” said Debbie Brown, Acting CEO and CFO of Homeland. “Oklahoma City breweries, like Skydance Brewing, have elevated the craft beer industry, giving people across the state unique flavors of quality beer.”

This Festive Amber features caramel and biscuit flavors balanced with a fruity hop. Containing 5.9% alcohol by volume, it is the perfect beer for the fall.

“This partnership with Homeland is just another example of how Oklahoma City represents The Modern Frontier,” said Zac Craig, president of the Oklahoma Convention & Visitors Bureau. “Each local brewer has brought its own interpretation to the tagline, featuring exclusive flavors that embody Oklahoma City’s energy, excitement and welcoming spirit. Skydance is our fourth partnership, and they are no exception. We are proud to partner with yet another strong local brewer.”
