Hit multiple museums in one day and see the American Banjo Museum in Bricktown, learn about skeletal systems at the Museum of Osteology or check out hand-painted porcelain art at the World Organization of China Painter’s Museum. It can be exciting to go out and learn about the attractions you might not have known existed, right in your backyard!

Soak up the sun on the river: If you’re looking for fun on the water with a splash of adventure, head to the Boathouse District, just minutes from downtown. You can do everything from kayaking, canoeing, whitewater rafting, zip lining and even alpine skiing. One of the major perks is that you’ve got a great view of the skyline when you’re eight stories high on the Sandridge Sky Trail.

Racing, Casino and Adventure: Spend the day betting on your favorite horse followed by delicious dinner and drinks. Remington Park Racing Casino in the OKC Adventure District is the ultimate adult playground. Take a cruise on the Bricktown Canal, catch an OKC Dodgers baseball game or see a live concert at the Criterion. Kids love Brickopolis, filled with family-friendly fun games, laser tag, miniature golf and dining. Adults love the rock-and-roll dueling pianos of Michael Murphy’s. Another popular attraction in the district is the Bricktown Bike Bar, one of the best ways to explore downtown.
