It's that time of year again! The Oklahoma State Fair is back Sept. 17-27 at OKC Fair Park, and it’s bringing the flavor. Along with family entertainment, livestock shows and unique exhibits, the Fair is legendary for its outrageous and delicious food creations. This year’s lineup takes it to the next level, with twists on fried favorites, over-the-top desserts and daring new combinations that promise to wow your taste buds. Strawberry Cotton Candy Puff Puff from Afrikan Delights features warm West African puff puff drizzled with strawberry sauce and topped with cotton candy.
Poundcake Corndog at All American puts a sweet spin on the fair classic with deep-fried pound cake on a stick, powdered sugar, strawberry and caramel sauce.
The Dirty Cookie Dog at Brown's Strawberry Crepes is an OREO cookie with a fudge center, dipped in corndog batter and deep-fried, then finished with powdered sugar, fudge, vanilla drizzle and OREO crumbles.
Strawberry Lemonade Cobbler in a Cone from Cobbler in a Cone combines warm strawberry cobbler with lemonade ice cream.
Cookie Dough Eggroll from Cookie Dough Monsters features edible chocolate chip cookie dough rolled in an eggroll, deep-fried and finished with powdered sugar and chocolate drizzle.
Cutie Pies Concessions brings the Chunky Monkey Pie, layered with chocolate brownie and banana cheesecake filling, fresh bananas, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and peanuts.
Tropical Punch and Blue Raspberry Pineapple Fruit from Dairy Bar features fresh-cut pineapple soaked in Kool-Aid.
K-Pop Marshmallow Ice Cream from Dragon Street Eats combines creamy ice cream and a chocolate wafer covered in fluffy, flame-toasted marshmallow.
The Dubai Chocolate Covered Cheesecake from Granny’s Cheesecake & More features chocolate-dipped cheesecake topped with Dubai-style chocolate and crispy kataifi.
For another cheesecake treat, the Cheesecake Taco features a crisp, chocolate-dipped shell filled with cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries.
Very Berry Nerdy Watermelon from Rush Springs Watermelon is a watermelon spear wrapped in Fruit Roll-Ups, kissed with sour flavor and covered in berry NERDS.
Deep-Fried Hawaiian Rolls from The Bacon Habit are tossed in cinnamon sugar and finished with sweet cream cheese frosting.
Cookie Butter Cheesecake Bites On-A-Stick from Wade Shows Funnel Cake are battered and fried cheesecake bites topped with cookie butter, Biscoff crumbles and white chocolate.
The Original Cinn from Wondervan Pops features brown sugar cinnamon ice cream dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and coated in Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Mango Bourbon Pork Ribs from Chef Andrew Black’s Perle Mesta Pop-Up are slow-smoked baby back ribs glazed with sweet and tangy mango BBQ sauce. The dish is brought to the fair by James Beard Award winner Chef Andrew Black.
Korean BBQ Beef Skewer from 1907 features bulgogi-marinated beef flame-grilled on a skewer and finished with Hatch green chile aioli.
Suya Lamb Kebab from Afrikan Delights features lamb seasoned with West African suya spices and grilled until smoky and juicy.
The Plantain Bowl combines caramelized fried plantains, fresh vegetables and your choice of chicken, lamb or beef with flavorful sauces and toppings. Vegan options are available.
Birria Ramen from Bad Boys BBQ combines ramen, rich birria broth, slow-cooked birria, cilantro, onion and a lime wedge.
Big G’s Famous Bourbon Chicken features tender chicken glazed in a sweet-and-savory bourbon sauce and served over Cajun rice.
Sweet Heat Brisket Biscuit from Champions BBQ combines smoked brisket and a buttermilk biscuit with bacon jam, cowboy candy, sweet chili aioli and hot honey.
The Buldak Carbonara Ramen Korean Corndog from Chan’s Eatery combines mozzarella and hot dog in a Korean corndog coated in crispy Buldak carbonara ramen noodles and topped with cheesy seasoning and spicy carbonara sauce.
Deep-Fried Ranch from Deep-Fried Mashed Potatoes features ranch-flavored filling wrapped in dough, panko-breaded and fried, then topped with Nashville hot oil and ranch seasoning. (WOW!)
The Mac N Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf from Eli’s Soul Food combines savory meatloaf, creamy mac and cheese and barbecue sauce.
Fried Cajun Chicken On-A-Stick from FryDay Concessions features two Cajun-seasoned chicken thighs skewered and fried until golden and crispy.
Good Belly Burger from Good Burger is topped with pork belly, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and fried onions.
Al Pastor Fries from Ledesmas pile fries with al pastor pork, melted cheese, cilantro, onion and pineapple, finished with avocado-pineapple aioli.

Chicken Al Pastor Calzone from Rodney & Lisa Double Stuffed Pizza is stuffed with al pastor chicken, peppers, onions, pineapple and two kinds of cheese.

While you're at the fair, be sure to dive into the classic eats everyone looks forward to year after year. Make sure to stop by notable food stands like Dan’s Indian Tacos or Swain’s famous pizza on a stick (we suggest the pickle pizza, you won’t regret it!).
