Tomorrow is the final opportunity to see Prix de West art in person before the virtual sale and live auction
This is the final weekend to view artwork from the 48th annual Prix de West Invitational Art Exhibition & Sale in person, as well as the final chance to bid on artwork prior to the “Purely Proxy Prix de West” art sale and live auction on Saturday, September 12. This year, an exciting new virtual sale and live auction will replace the regular Prix de West experience.
All Prix de West artwork is available to view in-person through September 13 at the National Cowboy Museum and online at pdw.nationalcowboymuseum.org. Proxy bids for any works in this year’s “Purely Proxy Prix de West” can be made until 5:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12. Individuals can make a proxy bid on any Prix de West artwork in-person at the Museum, on the Museum’s website at nationalcowboymuseum.org/prixdewest or by calling Major Gifts Officer Trent Riley at (405) 478-2250 ext. 251.
The “Purely Proxy Prix de West” virtual sale will commence online at 6:15 p.m. Saturday evening, September 12 at nationalcowboymuseum.org/prix-de-west-live.
Following the “Purely Proxy Prix de West” sale, the Museum will hold an online live auction of works by several Prix de West artists. The live auction pieces can be viewed in-person at the Museum or online at pdw.nationalcowboymuseum.org. To bid during the live auction — which will be broadcast in real time on the Museum’s website at nationalcowboymuseum.org/prix-de-west-live — individuals can register in-person at the Museum, online at nationalcowboymuseum.org or by calling Riley at (405) 478-2250 ext. 251.
