Fiestas de las Américas

October 3, 2026

Fiestas de las Americas is the largest Latino festival in Oklahoma City. The event kicks off with the Parade of the Americas and offers a full day of family friendly activities, live entertainment, art and pop-up markets in the Historic Capitol Hill. Since its inception in 2006, the Festival and Parade has been an annual event, scheduled in the middle of Hispanic Heritage Month.  Each year attendance and reach continue to grow along with additional experiences.

Parade of the Americas

Time: 11am - 1pm

The Parade of the Americas is the jewel of Fiestas De Las Americas Festival. With nearly 100 entries, the parade showcases many schools, businesses, community groups, leaders and more bringing participants from various sectors of our community together including corporate, non-profit and political candidates, to list a few. Everyone's favorites by far are the highly detailed cultural group floats!

The parade route starts at Scissortail Park and goes south on Robinson to Calle Dos Cinco. View the parade route map
