The Oklahoma City spring calendar is packed with all kinds of happenings and festivals. Here are some signature events that you don't want to miss.

Red Earth Festival | March 22-24

Celebrate the richness and diversity of Native American heritage at Red Earth Festival. Festival guests will experience the artistic creations of some of America’s most celebrated Native artists as they offer their creations for sale. There will also be hands-on arts and craft stations, artist demonstrations, live music and special presentations of tribal dance throughout the weekend at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.

Tulip Festival | March 30-31

Ring in spring while admiring over 50,000 tulips and enjoying an array of family friendly activities, food trucks, regional merchants and live music spread throughout the Myriad Gardens for the Tulip Festival.

Festival of the Arts | April 25-28

The stunning displays of over 100 artists will line Bicentennial Park for OKC's Festival of the Arts. Browse through paintings, jewelry, photography, mixed media and other beautiful pieces (all for sale!) between live performances from local musicians, school groups and more. You can even create some art of your own! Insider tip: Come with an empty stomach. The Festival food is as impressive as the impeccable art that surrounds it.

OKC Memorial Marathon | April 26-28

Runners and spectators from across the globe will make their way to downtown Oklahoma City for the OKC Memorial Marathon. A tribute to those who were killed, those who survived and those changed forever by the Oklahoma City bombing, the marathon unites locals and visitors in a hopeful mission to celebrate life, reach for the future and honor all who were affected on April 19, 1995.

2024 Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross Olympic Team Trials | April 26-28

Cheer on Team USA at the 2024 Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross Olympic Team Trials as they compete for their ticket to the Paris Olympics! The event will take place April 26-28 at Riversport, with Slalom racing Friday and Saturday, and Kayak Cross on Sunday (subject to change).

Savannah Bananas | May 16-18

Watch the Savannah Bananas dance play banana ball at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark! The team has been known as TikTok’s favorite team with over 7.5 million followers, millions more than every MLB team. The Bananas have been featured across the globe for everything from playing a game in kilts, using a Dancing First Base Coach, the first ever baseball player to wear stilts, players backflipping while catching fly balls, and a whole lot more.

Root for the Home Teams

Get your foam fingers ready to root for one of Oklahoma City's sports teams! "Thunder Up" at an Oklahoma City Thunder basketball game or enjoy a night in Bricktown for an Oklahoma City Baseball Club game (first home game is April 2!).
