Join us every other Monday for an energizing class of Tai Chi! Full Moon Sound Bath - Thursday, January 25, 6-7pm

Join wellness practitioners Anna and Mark for a relaxing sound bath and meditation to celebrate the June Full Moon. A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound with sound bowls and other instruments to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. Please bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat for optimal comfort along with comfortable clothing. This event is FREE and open to the public. Class size is limited to 70 people. Cyanotype is an old printing process that was popularized for blueprints and has since become a way to create unique art through science. Learn all about the process and the chemistry behind cyanotype before we go out into the Gardens and collect botanical inspiration for our pieces. Vermicompost bins are an energy-efficient, highly sustainable way of disposing of kitchen scraps for the benefit of your gardens as well as our planet. Even better, they are perfect for homes and apartments of all sizes! Learn how to build your ‘worm bin,’ how to keep your wrigglers healthy and happy, and how to harvest your compost from start to finish. Each guest will leave with a fully-functioning bin (worms and all!) and the knowledge necessary to achieve success.



The Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City is a beautiful destination that offers 15 acres of stunning ornamental gardens and grounds. Open to the public, visitors can enjoy a range of attractions including a children's garden, a carousel, a native prairie garden, shade gardens, tree and shrub collections, a lake with terraced gardens, and a diverse collection of ornamental flowering perennials and grasses. One of the highlights of the gardens is The Inasmuch Foundation Crystal Bridge Conservatory, which houses hundreds of tropical and desert plants. The Crystal Bridge has an admission starting at $10.50 for adults. Managed by the Myriad Gardens Foundation, a nonprofit organization, the gardens collaborate with corporate and community groups to enhance the educational, aesthetic, cultural, and economic development of Oklahoma City.
