Annual Fall Events & Festivals

With the return of many beloved annual events this fall, it's the perfect time to experience the vibrancy of OKC. 

Halloween Activities: Trick or Treating, Haunted Houses & Pumpkin Decorating

Ghouls just wanna have fun! Oklahoma City is bursting with activities to celebrate the cooler temps and Halloween season.

Get ready for the best Halloween event of the season, featuring family friendly shows and attractions during the day and thrilling rides and scary haunted houses at night.

  • Haunt the Zoo: Oct. 5-31

Along the trail, candy will be distributed, and you will be able to visit themed booths! Children can enjoy the wonders of the zoo and Halloween simultaneously.

  • Fall Festival at Orr Family Farm: Sept. 20 - Nov. 8

Cannon blasters, super slides, giant jumping pillows, tube rollers and gemstone mines are just a few of the unique October attractions offered by the local farm. They will host Trick Orr Treat on select nights, where children can dress in costume and experience trick-or-treating around the farm.  

  • Myriad Gardens' Pumpkinville: Oct. 3-26

Pumpkinville features homemade games, a pumpkin mosaic, pumpkin decorating, carousel rides and much more. This year’s theme, “The Museum of Pumpkinville,” celebrates the wonder of museums around the world. Guests can explore more than 50,000 pumpkins, gourds, and other fall foliage creatively arranged into exhibits that replicate popular museum installation.

Dare to enter Curse of the Comet, Oct. 16–31 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, a fully immersive haunted attraction packed with chilling scenes, live actors and fun special effects. Before night falls, bring the kids to the Comets Fall Festival, Oct. 18–26 (weekends only), for face painting, games, crafts and festive fun without the fright.

  • Brick-or-Treat: Oct. 26

Bring the whole family to Brick-or-Treat in Bricktown District on Sunday, October 26, from 1-4 p.m.! This free, family friendly Halloween event invites kids in costume to trick-or-treat at participating businesses throughout the district while enjoying spooky music, roaming characters, festive photo ops and sweet giveaways.
